Steve Culter

Cloyd Steve S. Culter, age 42 of Altoona, Kansas, passed away September 30, 2013 at his home.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Grace Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Logan officiating, the family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until service time. The services are under the direction of Loran Fawcett Chapel of Neodesha, Kansas

Steve was born on March 15, 1971 to Cloyd Johnson and Sandra Sue Stith Foley in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from high school in Iberai, Missouri.

Steve married Ronda Powell on May 2, 1992 in Eureka, Kansas, she survives the home. Steve and Ronda had two children Dustin Allen Culter and Elizabeth Dawn Culter also of the home. Steve and Ronda lived in Neodesha for several years before moving to Altoona.

Survivors in addition to his wife, Ronda and children, Dustin and Elizabeth are father, Cloyd Johnson of Glascow, KY sister, Tina Culter Murphy of Linn Creek, MD.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Sue Stith Foley.
