Sandra L. Hladky Sandra L. Hladky, 68, of Sycamore, Kansas, died Sunday evening, November 21, 2004, at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 26, 2004, at the Penwell Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha. Interment will be in Neodesha Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. The family will receive friends Wednesday at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. The daughter of Murl William and Anna Seyfferle Borton, she was born March 12, 1936, in Dayton, Ohio. She spent much of her early life in Phoenix, Arizona, where she graduated from high school. At the time of her death, she was a homemaker. She had formerly been employed by American Cyanimid and JoLine Tools in California. She later moved back to Arizona before relocating in Neodesha in 1997. She was a member of the Moose Lodge. She married Wayne Hladky on July 4, 1998, in Neodesha, Kansas. He survives at the home. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Anna Borton of Neodesha, KS; three daughters, Debbie Lewis of Neodesha, Sandra D. Buskey of Phoenix, AZ, and Patricia Boyd of Kingman, AZ; one brother, Gary Borton of Mims, Florida; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
