Larry Koehn

Larry Lynn Koehn, 76, of Neodesha, KS passed away Wednesday March 24, 2021 at Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, KS. A memorial service will be Saturday May 8, 2021 at 2:00PM at Christ Church in Neodesha, KS.
Larry Lynn Koehn was born January 20, 1945 in Greensburg, KS the son of Fred H. and Nina (Nightengale) Koehn. Larry attended school in Greensburg and graduated from Greensburg High School in 1962. On March 7, 1964, Larry was united in marriage to Madeline Sue Colter in Coldwater, KS. Larry and Madeline made their home in Haviland, KS before moving to Neodesha, KS in 1971. Larry worked for Prestige Cabinets for several years before starting his own contracting business and was still working at the time of his death.
Larry loved to play golf and go fishing, he loved spending time with his loving wife and family. He loved basketball and was always there supporting his children and grandchildren during their sports events. He was the Neodesha Blue Streaks biggest fan. Larry and Madeline loved to attend the Kansas State High School Basketball Tournament every year they could.
Larry is survived by his daughter Paula Lamendola of Neodesha, KS; son Jared Koehn and wife Stacy of Neodesha, KS; sister Maureen Unruh of Hutchinson, KS; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents Fred H. and Nina Koehn; 3 sisters Aline Koehn, Juanita Schmidt, and Mae Unruh; and 5 brothers Lewellen Koehn, Jake Koehn, Lavern Koehn, Ray Koehn, and Manford Koehn.
