JOHN WAYNE FULMER John Wayne Fulmer of Neodesha, Kansas, died Wednesday, August 24, 2005, at Ellsinore, Missouri. He was 45. The family will receive friends at Penwell Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha for viewing and registration on Monday, Aug. 29, 2005, from 5-7 p.m. Cremation will follow and a private inurnment will take place at a later date. The son of James Abner and Emily Jo Chapman Fulmer, he was born May 27, 1960, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He attended school in Ellsinore, Missouri, and received his GED. Mr. Fulmer was a truck driver and had served in the US Navy in the 1970s. Survivors include his mother, Emily Cooper of Neodesha, KS: one brother, James Fulmer of Neodesha; four sisters, Debora Jo Watson of Salem, MO, Marilyn Grimsley of Bozser City, LA, Lois Hogan of Longton, KS, and Virginia Brown of Havana, KS; 18 nephews and nieces; and numerous grandnephews and nieces.
