Frances R. Wisley Frances RoseMarie Wisley of Neodesha, KS, died Saturday, January 13, 2007, at the Wilson County Hospital. She was 54. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. at Penwell-Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. The Reverend Dave Cheshier will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute, KS. Friends may call on Tuesday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. The daughter of Thomas and Marie Ethridge Craft Hunt, she was born February 29, 1952, in Wheaton, MO. She received her education in Chanute. She was united in marriage to Jack E. Wisley in 1971 in Chanute. He preceded her in death in 1989. She married Roy Whisler in 1992. He survives in Neodesha. Frances had formerly been employed as a dietary aide at the Golden Keys Nursing Home. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Marie Hunt of Chanute; three brothers, Jerry Craft of Altoona, KS, David Craft of Iola, KS, and Clifford Craft of Independence, KS; and one sister, Georgie Weimer of Emporia, KS.
