Edna Maxine Payatt age 76, formerly of Neodesha passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013 at her home in Fort Scott, Kansas.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 25 at 11:30 am at the Loran Fawcett Chapel, cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 am before the service. Memorials are suggested to the Arthritis Foundation, Kansas Chapter, 1999 N. Amidon Ave. Suite 105, Wichita, Kansas 67203 or may be left with the funeral home.
Maxine was born August 20, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Wes and Marguerite Mullikin Fisher. She grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
She married Cecil Butch Payatt on November 8, 1976 in Ketchum, Oklahoma. They moved to Neodesha in 1978, then to Fort Scott in 2007.
Survivors in addition to her husband are two daughters, Paula Crow and her husband Larry of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jennifer Payatt of Lees Summit, Missouri one brother, Walter Fisher of Granbury, Texas sisters, Patsy Hackworth of Mansfield, Ohio, Carol Donnelson of Irving, Texas, Billie Hardy of Springfield, Missouri, Doris White of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Jackie Oats of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma grandchildren, Tara Schatz of Broken Arrow, and Kayla Wicker of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
