Doris Elsie Bognar

Doris Elsie Bognar was born on June 14, 1955, in Neptune, NJ. She passed away from this life on November 26, 2024, in Neodesha, Kansas.

Doris was the youngest of four siblings and was predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Sonja Ross.

She is survived by her brother Kenneth Ross of Mulberry, TN, and sisters Linda Cintron and husband Jorge of Neodesha, KS, and Beverly Seaberg and husband Lynn of Wall, NJ. She is also survived by a nephew Jason Seaberg of Wall, NJ, and nieces Tanya McFadyen of N. Anson, ME, Rebecca Hutt of Wall, NJ, and Shannon Pond of Neodesha, KS, and numerous great and great great nieces and nephews.

Doris was successful entrepreneur and business owner. She would own both a flourishing candle company and a limousine service in Florida. She loved are and writing and was skilled in both. However, she will best be remembered as a loving sister and aunt. She had a contagious smile and shared her adventurous spirit and fun loving attitude with her nieces and nephews. She volunteered as a leader for their scout troops, and entertained them with ghost stories and Easter Egg riddles for "Out of this world" hunts. She could often be found on a Saturday night hanging out with family playing murder mystery or board games.

Doris grew up in Wall Township, NJ, but eventually moved to Florida where she made her home. Her final year was spent surrounded by family in Neodesha, KS. Her smile and love will be greatly missed.
