David Leon Smith 59 of Neodesha, KS. Passed away Friday March 9, 2018 at his home in Neodesha, KS.
A Celebration of life service will be Tuesday March 20, 2018 at 3:00pm at the Loran Fawcett Chapel in Neodesha, KS.
David Leon Smith was born July 7, 1958 in Watsonville, CA. the son of Leonard Leroy and Elizabeth (Belmonte) Smith and lived in California until moving to Washington where he was united in marriage to Beverly Abbe they later divorce, David was also enlisted in the United States Army for 4 years and was Honorable Discharged. David moved to Neodesha, KS. And has lived here for 13 years. David work for Cobalt Boats for 8 years as a painter.
David loved Nasscar racing and loved to watch football and play golf and loved to go camping and fishing, but most of all he loved being a grandpa to his grandchildren and loved spending time with his loving family.
David is survived by 2 daughters Terra Swartz and Rachel Smith both of Neodesha, KS. His father Leonard Smith of Dethume, CO. 4 brothers and 2 sisters and 4 grandchildren.
