Curtis Dewayne Williams, 58, of Neodesha, KS left this life on November 7, 2024.

He was born to Harry Williams and Sandra (Howell) Morris on October 10, 1966, in Roseburg, OR.

He moved to Kansas at the age of 6. He attended school in Neodesha, KS and Big Sky, MT.

Curtis spent the last 12 years working at TCI, a job that he absolutely loved.

After many years of friendship, he married his soulmate, Trish, on February 23, 2013.

Curtis loved spending time fishing with his boys, camping at the lake, annual float trips with friends, traveling, and watching his beloved Kansas City Chiefs.

He is survived by his wife Trish Gentry-Williams of the home; children Kyle (Becka) Williams of Coffeyville, KS; Kayleigh, Kalyn, and Christian Williams of Neodesha, KS; Hailey Williams and Jaicey (Jake) Gillum of Independence, KS; and Megan (Ben) Sedlacek of Augusta, KS; grandchildren Josh and Colt Williams, Carter Buchholz, Rudy Vance, Reese and Landon Gillum, and Carter Grace and Casey Sedlacek, with one more on the way. Brothers Byron Williams of Independence, KS, Jeff (Terry) Williams of Fredonia, KS, Levi Williams of Roseburg, OR, and sisters Shannon (Trevor) Elam of Independence, KS, Shenna Stewart of Neodesha, KS, and Amber Wright of Coos Bay, OR; stepmother Kathleen Williams of Sequim, WA; his in-laws, Sharon and Wayne Rhodes of Neodesha, KS, Richard and Phyllis Gentry of Bryant, AR, Jason (Brandy) Gentry of Benton, AR, Darren (Heather) Sanders of Alexander, AR, and Terry Sanders of Bryant, AR; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harry, mother, Sandra, grandparents Howard and Evelyn Howell, and his aunt, Sheila Zornes.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 pm at Christ Church on Sunday, November 17, 2024. Memorial donations may be made to Friends of Elk City State Park and left at the church.
