pCremation will take place and no services are planned at her request. Cremation is under the direction of Loran Fawcett Chapel of Neodesha, Kansas. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wilson Medical Center and left at the Loran Fawcett Chapel.p
pConnie was born onnbspSeptember 19, 1952 in Neodesha, Kansas. The daughter of Leonard ldquoSandyrdquo and Bernice Jay Hare. She grew up in Neodesha and Altoona and graduated from the Altoona High School in 1970. She married Jim Martin and the later divorced.p
pShe was a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 3018 in Fredonia and was a former member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 5962 in Neodesha until it closed, and has been a past president. She worked for Cobalt Boats in Neodesha for twelve years.p
pConnie is survived by a son, Nicholas ldquoNickrdquo Martin of Altoona, Kansas a brother, Robert ldquoBobrdquo Hare of Neodesha, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, step mother, Lucille Hare and step father, Al Allen Supernauch.p
