CHLOE WEBER BLANKINSHIP Chloe Dee Weber Blankinship of Neodesha, Kansas, died Tuesday morning, October 11, 2005, at the Wilson County Hospital in Neodesha. She was 90. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2005, at the Neodesha Cemetery under the direction of Penwell Gabel Loran Fawcett Chapel. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and from 9 a.m.-noon on Friday. The daughter of George D. and Irene Middleton Cooper, she was born October 30, 1914, in Neodesha. She graduated from Neodesha High School in 1933. She married Harold Weber in 1937 in Neodesha. He preceded her in death July 18, 1969. In 1979, she married Dennis Blankinship in Neodesha and they resided in Independence, Kansas. He preceded her in death July 3, 1993. Mrs. Blankenship worked at Aerosol for 22 years. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren in Independence and enjoyed reading and working crossword puzzles. Survivors include three step-grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews. In addition to her husbands, she is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Billy; a sister, Betty; and brother, George.
