Carol Blackstone

Carol Ann Blackstone, 73, passed away at her home in Neodesha, Kansas on Sunday, June 16, 2013.

Cremation will take place at her request, under the direction of Loran Fawcett Chapel of Neodesha, Kansas. No services are planned at this time.

Carol was born on November 30, 1939 in Monroe, Wisconsin to George and Wilma Coplien Wenger. She graduated from Monroe Wisconsin High School in 1957. Carol married BJ Tony Blackstone and he preceded her in death. The family moved to Neodesha 20 years ago from Brunsflat, Oklahoma. Carol worked as a Med Aid for a nursing home in Chanute, Kansas.

Survivors include three sons, Jeff Blackstone of Neodesha, Kansas, Mike Blackstone of Racine Wisconsin and Richard Blackstone of Granite, Oklahoma one brother, Terry Wenger of Wisconsin six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
